“2 Month experience with Kylas”

Pros : Kylas CRM has been helpful in managing our lead data to streamline our processes with the Automation trigger workflows.Our overall experience has been smooth with the assigned OB person duly addressing our queries time to time.

“Good Tool for more number of users”

Pros : They have a good number of automation with unlimited users also, they do not have any hidden charges which is quite rare compared to other CRM in the market.

Cons : There is a record limit only get 100GB of storage but, add on is there so it works if required.

Reason to switch : Kylas has helped us streamlining our enrolment process and helping in managing students.

Pros : The affordable pricing and the unlimited user feature are the best in the market secondly the ease of use of the product is really great.

Cons : Software has few bugs and errors during customization but it gets resolved with the help of support team.

Pros : Kylas Sales CRM is very easy to use and manage all the leads, followups and customer relationship, thats what I like the most about it.

Cons : Kylas sometimes work very slow, else everything is working perfectly fine.

Pros : They provide free trial period and very helpful tool for business owners who are looking for ways to scale and automate their business also Enables you to have a complete omnichannel experience.

Cons : Nothing

Reason to switch : The customer support was surprisingly good. I had a few minor hiccups with the product, and they were able to help me solve them quickly and easily.

“Easy to monitor employes activity.”

Pros : Ease of use in terms of the UI and loading time. Also we can mange our employes activity and their leads' workflow.

Cons : Just started using it so everything looks good for now
