“It is extremely unprofessional”

Beware of the 'new' Servetel. We had a wonderful experience with Servetel for 3 years. However, they suddenly informed me that they will disconnect my current plan 2 months before the expiry and quoted a price which was 8-times that of the price of previous plan. When I protested that the price escalation is too much and that they cannot discontinue a plan before its expiry, they immediately terminated my services. Fortunately, it was easy for us to switch, and we did that immediately. But it left a very bitter taste

Reason to switch : Knowlarity increased its prices in 2019. But they did it in a far more professional manner compared to Servetel.
