“SlickPOS has helped us reach out to non-dining customers without any problem”

Pros : We run a small restaurant with a very busy footfall and SlickPOS helped us keep up pace with everything. It’s quick on foot notifications for everything lets us fill our inventories on time.

Cons : Certain features like waiter app are sold separately, which I would rather prefer to have a bundled option for. Another thing that SlickPOS needs to do is be more feature rich and use less space.

Reason to switch : Loads and loads of technical issue. It just doesn’t work properly.

“client bolster is fantastic !”

Pros : Works with practically all gadgets, Very simple to setup and use . One can altered the Taxes, menu things , charging , limits and so forth. On the off chance that you stall out, quick client bolster acts the hero !

Cons : No shortcomings as such, features are limited at the moment, I am sure With time, it will increase.

“Very Good Software! SlickPOS was great to software to improve our revenue growth”

Pros : SlickPOS has the best sales analytics hands down! The software provides a very detailed breakdown into what drives growth. We have benefitted a lot from it. They have a very good customer service team as well.

Cons : Some POS functionalities are missing and their iPad needs a little improvement. Also, SlickPOS does not work well with equipment like printer.

“Small retail's best companion”

Pros : The extra apps, such as inventory management, are really beneficial. Customer service is also available at all times, is quick to respond, and is quite helpful.

Cons : The extra costs should be a drop-down menu. The list does not fully open.

“don?t think just trust them”

Pros : I had only a vague idea of what I needed when I contacted Techjockey about software. Josh Muraki asked me the right questions and quickly provided me with a list of companies and sales reps that could offer me the software solutions that I needed. All of the sales reps contacted me directly within hours of receiving Josh's recommendations. All of companies offered software that was exactly what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget. Josh and Techjockey saved me a lot of time I would have misspent considering the wrong solutions. I highly recommend their services. I couldn't have had a better experience.
