“Great System if you are looking to implement a HRMS for the first time!”

Pros : This software is very easy of use. It is extremely fast-paced and totally flexible for our needs. The customer support services are excellent, they always solve queries on time.

Cons : No cons

Reason to switch : Attendance is automatically generated and salary processing is seamless and accurate. The Mobile app has got great features for employees and managers as managers can see their team stats on the app itself.

“Employee & Employer friendly APP”

Pros : More insightful and swift communication with the management. This APP values our work life balance every single day by the features of happiness index on daily basis. Ease our check in and out time by automated check in without opening our APP at any of my office location even my on-site location which is already mapped by HR. I like the request section it's faster to escalate my late request or leave request to my manager to HR.

Cons : More room to improve on ESS portal in mobile APP for tax purposes

Reason to switch : Faster actions, swift response from HR and management on my leave , late request Automatic check in/ out make my day positive so I don't want to stand in queue to mark my attendance in biometric or paper Self improvement based on the insight of my attendance, punctuality and work life balance. Task management is the great features to ease my day today work with my team. Love the reports of every single features woco sent details report's.

“Best Application for HR”

Pros : Nice accuracy and fabulous GEO feature. It's a great choice for HR's to manage their employee's attendance and Salary. Every organization must opt for this application it provides the live status of their client site employee. And helps to manage their attendance and salary effectively.

Cons : NO CONS

Reason to switch : This software helps me to do auto check-in & check-out by it's GEO feature. I feel free because of it's accuracy that manages real-time location. Also there are lot of lovely feature with this application I can apply leaves from this app & get notification from the management. I am able to see my attendance and punctuality on daily basis.

“Great App and found the growth”

Pros : The woco is quite good as a app in my phone the checkin and checkout reduce the frustration of entry and mood in a morning. I like the software.

Cons : The product is fine hrms. It works superly but sometimes i face a other type check in issues

Reason to switch : The payroll and hrms is the simple from the others just few click of work that it great.
